Signed by Thomas Pollard [Master Shipwright, Chatham Dockyard, 1793-1795].

NMM, Progress Book, volume 5, folio 186 states that the 'Bristol' arrived at Chatham in July 1786, was docked on 8 November 1794, and undocked in December 1794.
