Circle-Black painted brass, graduated anti-clockwise to 360 degs. Fitted with counter-weight at foreside.
Prismatic telescope-13.5" (34.3cm) long, mounted above circle. A small spirit level is attached to underside of telescope. A unit containing pentagonal prism, lens and lozenge prism, which fits on O.G. of telescope, is housed in wooden box.
