Scale 1:48. Plan showing the body plan with half stern board and frame outline, sheer lines with midship framing, and longitudinal half breadth for Spartan (1841) and Creole (1845), and later with modifications for Amethyst (1844) and Niobe (1849), all 28-gun Sixth Rate ships. The modifications are also relevant to Creole (1845). This was prior to Niobe (1849) being re-ordered as one of the Diamond class in March 1846. Signed W[illiam].Symonds (Surveyor of the Navy)
