Anemometer
Instrument consists of four "Anemometer" cups attached to a driving spindle fitted to an articulated plate, which has an aluminium verge ring, graduated to 360 degs. Below the articulated frame is an aluminium frame containing electrical windings which appear to be turned at the same speed as the cups at the top.
