Sulphur (1797)

Scale: 1:48. Plan showing the inboard profile with bomb beds for the Sulphur (1797), a purchased merchant vessel called Severn, being converted to a 10-gun ship-rigged bomb vessel.

NMM, Progress Book, volume 5, folio 478, states that 'Sulphur' was ordered to have this name from Admiralty Order dated 25 April 1797, and was fitted at Deptford Dockyard between April and September 1797.
