Adelaide? (1848)
Scale: 1:48. Plan showing the lower deck and engine room illustrating the cabin layout, as proposed (and approved) for Adelaide (1848), a 72ft Admiralty paddle Tug for the Colonial Government of South Australia. The identify of the vessel as Adelaide is tentative, as it seems that only one sea-going paddle tug was built for the Colonial Government of South Australia. Note the use of the ballast tanks in the Engine Room, as per alterations made at Portsmouth Dockyard.
