Plan showing the after part of the lower deck for Sparrow (1828), a 10-gun Cutter, illustrating the alterations to the cabin bulkheads as proposed by Lieutenant Commander John Moffatt [appointed: 18 July 1828; Lieutenant seniority: 13 March 1811]. This arrangement was approved by the Board on 4 August 1828.
