Antenor (1872)

A whole plate negative. A slightly distant starboard near broadside view, taken from ahead of the beam, of the passenger/cargo liner Antenor (1872) at moorings in Gravesend Reach, River Thames. A small boat is alongside her accommodation ladder to which a canvas dodger is fitted. The Coast Guard Watch Vessel CGWV 28 (1847) is drawn up on the Tilbury shore in the background. Negative number G1535 was taken on the same occasion.
