Arawa (1884)
A 12x10 negative. A slightly distant port broadside view of the passenger/cargo liner Arawa (1884) at anchor in Gravesend Reach, River Thames. She has three yards on each of her fore and main masts and no boat or davits are abreast the bridge. The lifeboats abreast the funnels are swung out. A screw tug is alongside aft. Tilbury Fort Watergate is in the background.
