Arcadia (1888)
A whole plate negative. A starboard side view, taken from ahead of the beam, of the passenger/cargo liner Arcadia (1888) under way in Gravesend Reach, River Thames. She is as built with three yards on each of her fore and main masts. Her mizzen gaff is lowered down to the boom. Her superstructure is painted white. The paddle tug Robert Bruce (1865) is alongside amidships. Tilbury Docks are in the background.
