Arcturus (1870)

A whole plate negative. A distant port near broadside view, taken from just ahead of the beam, of the passenger/cargo steamship Arcturus (1870) at moorings in Gravesend Reach, River Thames. Her forward cargo boom is stowed vertically against the foremast. Tilbury ferry pontoon and railway station are in the background.
