A 12x10 negative. A slightly distant starboard near broadside view, taken from only just ahead of the beam, of the passenger/cargo liner Athenic (1901) at anchor in Gravesend Reach, River Thames. She is flying a blue peter and a pilot flag andhas a horse stall abreast number two hatch. The stern of a twin funnelled Watkins tug is in the right foreground. Tilbury is in the background.
