A 12x10 negative. A port side view, taken from ahead of the beam, of the passenger/cargo liner Cambrian (1896) at anchor in Gravesend Reach, River Thames. She is loaded almost down to her marks and is flying a pilot flag. The passenger ferry Earl of Essex (1877) is on the Tilbury shore in the left background and the World's End public house is in the right background.
