Cesarevitch (1869)
A whole plate negative. A slightly distant port near broadside view, taken from just ahead of the beam, of the general cargo steamship Cesarevitch (1869) at moorings in Gravesend Reach, River Thames. She has two yards on her foremast. Tilbury fort is in the background, showing the temporary structures used to unload barges during the fort's reconstruction in the 1870s.
