Ceylon (1858)
A whole plate negative. A starboard very near broadside view, taken from only just abaft the beam, of the passenger cruise ship Ceylon (1858) at moorings in Gravesend Reach, River Thames. She has a short funnel, two yards on her foremast and mainmast and no boats forward of the bridge. Her boats are painted brown. She is flying the blue peter and Tilbury Fort is in the background.
