Cheops (1870)
A whole plate negative. A port side view, taken from ahead of the beam, of the passenger/cargo liner Cheops (1870) at moorings in Gravesend Reach, River Thames. She has an auxiliary 2 masted topsail schooner rig with three yards on the foremast and is flying the A Stephen & Sons houseflag at the main. A number of people are on deck. Tilbury is in the background. Negatives numbers G1455, G1530, G1531 and G1532 were taken on the same occasion.
