Cotopaxi (1873)
A whole plate negative. A starboard side view, taken from ahead of the beam, of the passenger/cargo liner Cotopaxi (1873) at moorings in Gravesend Reach, River Thames. She has an auxiliary barque rig with three yards on each of her fore and main masts and she is flying the blue peter. She has a number of passengers on deck, especially by the foremast. Tilbury Fort Watergate is in the background. Negatives numbers G2067 and G2157 were taken on the same occasion.
