A 12x10 negative. A starboard very near broadside view, takren from only just ahead of the beam, of the passenger/cargo lioner India (1881) at moorings in Gravesend Reach, River Thames. She has two yards on her foremast. The screw tug Falcon (1892), also seen from off her starboard beam, is at anchor in the foreground. The bow of the tug Undaunted (1884) is on the left. Tilbury Fort Watergate is in the background.
