Florida (1882)
A whole plate negative. A poor quality slightly distant port side view, taken from ahead of the beam, of the passenger/cargo liner Florida (1882) at moorings in Gravesend Reach, River Thames. She has two yards on her foremast and is flying the blue peter. She is said to be on charter to Shaw, Savill & Company. Tilbury is in the background. The negative has been badly damaged by water and mould. Negatives numbers G1946 and G2014 were taken on the same occasion.
