Garonne (1871)
A whole plate negative. A port side view, taken from ahead of the beam, of the passenger/cargo liner Garonne (1871) at moorings in Gravesend Reach, River Thames. She is barque rigged and has been refitted with a short funnel and deckhouses abreast the foremast. Awnings are rigged over the bridge and aft. Tilbury is in the background.
