A 12x10 negative. A port side view, taken from ahead of the beam, of the passenger/cargo liner Ionic (1883) at moorings in Gravesend Reach, River Thames. She has a short funnel and yards on the fore and main masts. Tugs are at anchor in the foreground and Tilbury is in the background.
