Khedive (1871)
A 12x10 negative. A port near broadside view, taken from ahead of the beam, of the passenger/cargo liner Khedive (1871) at anchor in Gravesend Reach, River Thames. She has yards on the foremast, awnings are rigged aft and she is flying the blue peter. The stern of the twin funnelled paddle tug Prince (1859) is on the left and the bow of the screw tug Contest (1883) is on the right. Tilbury is in the background.
