Ludgate Hill (1881)
A whole plate negative. A port very near broadside view, taken from only just ahead of the beam, of the passenger/cargo steamship Ludgate Hill (1881) at moorings in Gravesend Reach, River Thames. She has three yards on her fore mast and none on her other masts. Tilbury is in the background. Negatives numbers G2024 and G2223 were taken on the same occasion.
