Lusitania (1871)
A 10x8 negative. A starboard very near broadside view, taken from only just ahead of the beam, of the passenger/cargo liner Lusitania (1871) at moorings in Gravesend Reach, River Thames. She has been re-engined and refitted with deckhouses abreast the foremast. She is barque rigged and has an awning rigged aft. A lighter is alongside forward and the passenger ferry Cato (1849) is alongside aft. Tilbury Fort is in the background.
