Ly-Ee-Moon (1859)

A whole plate negative. A port near broadside view, taken from just ahead of the beam, of the passenger/cargo liner Ly-Ee-Moon (1859) at moorings in Gravesend Reach, River Thames. Her original paddles have been removed and she has been converted into a screw driven steamship with new engines and two tall thin funnels. She has a 3 masted rig with two yards on the foremast. Tilbury is in the background.
