Mirzapore (1871)
A 10x8 negative. A poor quality slightly distant starboard bow view, taken from wide off the bow, of the passenger/cargo liner Mirzapore (1871) at moorings in Gravesend Reach, River Thames. She has three yards on her foremast and is flying the blue peter. Tilbury Fort Watergate is in the background. A safety film copy of a photographic print produced from the original Gould whole plate negative which has lost its emulsion and been discarded.
