Oceana (1888)
A 12x10 negative. A port near broadside view, taken from just ahead of the beam, of the passenger/cargo liner Oceana (1888) at anchor in Gravesend Reach, River Thames. She has three yards on each of her fore and main masts and is flying the blue peter. Her supersstructure is painted white. The passenger ferry Sir Walter Raleigh (1855) is alongside amidships. Tilbury is in the background.
