A half plate negative. A port near broadside view, taken from just ahead of the beam, of the passenger/cargo liner Orotava (1889) at moorings in Gravesend Reach, River Thames. She has short funnels and four masts and is flying the blue peter. A lighter is alongside forward. Tilbury is in the background. A copy of a photographic print produced from negative number G66.
