Port Pirie (1886)
A whole plate negative. A fair quality slightly distant starboard near broadside view, taken from just ahead of the beam, of the passenger/cargo liner Port Pirie (1886) at anchor in Gravesend Reach, River Thames. She has two yards on each of her fore and main masts, is flying the blue peter at the foremast and has the houseflag of the Anglo-Australian Steam Navigation Company Ltd at her mainmast. An unidentified screw tug is alongside aft. Tilbury is in the background. Negatives numbers G2030 and G2032 were taken on the same occasion.
