Quetta (1881)

A whole plate negative. A port very near broadside view, taken from only just ahead of the beam, of the passenger/cargo liner Quetta (1881) at moorings in Gravesend Reach, River Thames. She has two yards on her foremast and members of her crew are working on her topsail yard. Her stern boat has been lowered to below the counter but above the water. The stern of a tug is in the left foreground and Tilbury is in the background.
