Ruahine (1891)
A 12x10 negative. A port side view, taken from well ahead of the beam, of the passenger/cargo liner Ruahine (1891) at anchor in Gravesend Reach, River Thames. She is brig rigged with yards on both masts. A steam passenger launch is alongside. Tilbury is in the background. She left Tilbury on her first voyage to New Zealand on 23 June 1892.
