A 12x10 negative. A port near broadside viwew, taken from just ahead of the beam, of the passenger/cargo liner Sophocles (1883) under tow in Gravesend Reach, River Thames. She has three yards on her foremast. The tug is not in the picture. Tilbury is in the background.
