A 12x10 negative. A slightly distant port broadside view of the passenger/cargo liner Soudan (1901) at moorings in Gravesend Reach, River Thames. She is flying a pilot flag and the funnel of a small steamer can be seen off the starboard side of her after well deck. The bow of the tug Premier (1894) can be seen on the right. Tilbury is in the background.
