Tainui (1884)
A 12x10 negative. A slightly distant port very near broadside view, taken from only just ahead of the beam, of the passenger/cargo liner Tainui (1884) at anchor in Gravesend Reach, River Thames. She is flying the blue peter and she has three yards on each of her fore and main masts. Tugs and a steam passenger launch are in the foreground and Tilbury Fort Watergate is in the background. Slightly unsharp.
