What is the minimum number to get a group discount?
The minimum number is 15 paying visitors.
How much do group tickets cost?

Do I have to have the minimum number all of the same ticket type?
No, you can mix and match adult, student, and child tickets.
Do you offer complimentary entry to teachers and tour leaders?
We offer complimentary entry to one tour leader per adult group. For school groups, we offer one free adult per 15 children and students.
Do I have to pre-book for my group?
You can book online and receive instant confirmation.
If you prefer to book your visit via our Bookings Team, please note that ideally you should contact us at least 72 hours in advance.
Groups who arrive at our attractions will not receive the group discount without pre-booking. Please note the Bookings Office is open Monday-Friday from 09.00-16.00 only.
Is there a booking fee?
We do not charge booking fees for any of our group booking services.
Where do I pay for my group on the day?
You can pay for and buy tickets at the admissions desks at all our sites. However, your group will not receive the group discount if you have not pre-booked.
Where do I collect tickets for my group on the day?
Tickets can be collected on arrival at our admission desks. Please have your booking reference number with you. If you are one of our approved travel trade companies, you will need to provide your approved voucher, with our booking reference clearly stated on the voucher.
Getting to Greenwich
Is there coach parking at Royal Museums Greenwich?
Coach parking is available in central Greenwich at Park Row and there is a coach drop-off point at Stockwell Street. There is free long-term parking available at Charlton Way.

Can a group reach Royal Museums Greenwich by public transport?
Yes, for Greenwich town centre, the nearest stations are Cutty Sark on the DLR (zone 2) or by national rail to Greenwich Station. We recommend taking a riverboat and make the journey part of the fun arriving at Greenwich Pier

Yes - tours are subject to availability and must be booked at least 3 days in advance.
Catering for groups
Is there group catering available on site?
Catering facilities are available at the National Maritime Museum and Cutty Sark for groups.
The Cutty Sark cafe is located under the hull of the ship, and makes a delightful location for groups to enjoy Afternoon Tea, underneath the world's sole surviving tea clipper.
Alternatively, the Parkside Terrace at the National Maritime Museum offers set meals and cream teas for groups, overlooking the beautiful grounds of Greenwich Royal Park.
