How to book
Tickets are available online in advance for all our attractions and exhibitions. The Bookings office is also open daily from 9am-5pm if you have any questions or need more information: call +44 (0)20 8312 6608 or email bookings@rmg.co.uk.
- When you choose your ticket you will be taken to our online booking system.
- First pick your date and entry time using the calendar button.
- Then select the number of tickets you require and click 'add to basket'.
- Your ticket will be emailed to you once you have completed the booking process.
- Remember to bring your tickets with you on the day of your visit – you can either show them on your phone or print out copies.
- Tickets are also be available on the day from any of our admissions desks. However we recommend booking online in advance where possible, especially for limited capacity events such as Planetarium shows.
