What does your work involve?
I founded Tiipoi, a design studio, and work between London and Bangalore. Tiipoi presents artisanal ingenuity through a modern lens, via products for the home.
What inspires you?
I can attribute what I do to my experience of leaving home in India and trying to take apart what that means for me, but also others who have had a similar experience. Rather than being driven by a feeling of loss and nostalgia, I choose to think about objects that could exist in the future.
What message would you give to the next generation?
Learn how to be bored.
