Join us by the River Thames as the Sun goes down for a unique Diwali light display.

Lanterns, light projections and illuminations will transform historic Greenwich, and bring to an end a spectacular day of Diwali celebrations at the National Maritime Museum.

Follow the lantern parade as it winds its way from the grounds of the National Maritime Museum to the riverside lawns of the Old Royal Naval College.

Then take up a prime position to see the Diwali light show, featuring special illuminations beamed across the Old Royal Naval College to the iconic Queen’s House.

This year's show will feature Reflektions, a captivating art installation created by BISHI. This is the first time the piece has been seen in London, and her work will be projected onto the Queen's House itself.

The display also includes a community-led projection made up of colourful rangolis, an essential Diwali decoration. Local schools, families and groups have come together to produce their own rangoli as part of the display, and you can join them! Follow these instructions to take part.

The light show forms the climax of a full day of free Diwali celebrations in Greenwich, featuring live music, dancing, food, family workshops and more.
