Season of Identity invites you to take a closer look at Royal Museums Greenwich's collections, buildings, artworks and galleries.
Who’s represented here, and who's missing? How have Britain’s global connections and identities shaped who we are today?
The season begins with the launch of Feeling Blue, a new artwork by Scottish-Barbadian artist Alberta Whittle at the Queen’s House. Through art, music, fashion and debate, Season of Identity aims to unpick the stories of the collection including trade, migration and the legacies of empire.
Events are taking place across Greenwich, including the National Maritime Museum, Royal Observatory Greenwich, Queen’s House and the Prince Philip Maritime Collections Centre. Get a taste of what's on using the links below.
