In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
We direct you to cause the Provisions on board the QUEEN, ROYAL WILLIAM, VANGUARD and DORSETSHIRE at Portsmouth, and the NEPTUNE at the Nore, to be completed to six months dry and two months wet, and that they be furnished with Provisions as they expend them, to complete the same proportions so that they sail with a full six months Provisions.
