In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

A petition has been presented by Mary Nichols, widow, setting forth that her late husband Isaac Nichols going to New England as Master of the CONCEPTION prize, was accidentally killed on board on 5 March 1691. You are directed to have the wages of Isaac Nicholls paid to those legally empowered to receive them, if you have no other objections than the want of his journal.
