Enclosure: Extract of Information given by Mary Poulden in which she relates that people coming to her home to drink had several times expressed the opinion that the safety of the ROYAL SOVEREIGN lying in Ordinary near Chatham was being greatly prejudiced by the non attendance of Officers on board and that she had relayed her concerns to Officers at Chatham Yard but had been rebuffed.
