In answer to your letter of 23 November about the BLAZE fireship, you are to have the provisions and stores ordered her for the West Indies be put aboard at the Nore. In reply to your letter about the PETER dogger, you are advised that orders will be sent next post for the first man-of-war sailing from Plymouth for the Soundings or Ireland, to convoy her to Kinsale.
