In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Enclosure: Extract of a letter from Captain Cross Commander of the DOVER in Kinsale Harbour in which he informs of a lack of progress with fitting his ship due to rivalry between the Yard's Officers. He then gives details of the delays resulting from the tensions that have arisen affecting also the WEYMOUTH. He concludes that it his intention to continue to keep the Admiralty informed.
