Captain William Noble thanks Ernest for a sketch of the "View of Greenwich Observatory". Ernest has nine clocks under his supervision not including his pocket watch. Fortunately the Observatory public clock is in easy walking distance to keep all the clocks accurate. Noble believes Ernest should have sued the Brighton Company.
