In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Orders are to be given for the purchase of two vessels capable of carrying Great Machines, according to the directions of Lord Berkeley. They are to be purchased at Portsmouth or thereabouts and fitted out, victualled and manned ready to accompany the present Expedition.
