The SEAFORD in Plymouth is in want of a Master, the late Master being appointed to attend a Court Martial at Portsmouth. You are directed to order another Master to her in his stead and in case the Commander of the HARWICH at Sheerness, bound for Virginia, should apply for another Master in place of the present officer, you should exchange him with the Master of another ship or appoint another in his stead.
