In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

We have receive a letter from Mr Edward Nivell our agent at Dover dated 9 February, that the late storm has done an extraordinary deal of damage to the victualing office and there is so much charge necessary for reparation that a survey and estimate may be laid before their Lordships.
