Your warrant of 15 February asked which of the ships in our port are in the best condition for a foreign voyage. The ADVICE of 50 guns is paid off and put into full repair and sheathed. She is in all respects fit for the service and is the only ship at present in this harbour that is so. Signed by Officers at Woolwich.
