In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
In compliance with your order of 21 February, we send enclosed the estimates for repairs to the OXFORD and FOWEY, the latter not completed as she requires a dry dock, all other work on her will be completed, rigging fitted and stores laid apart by 7 March. The OXFORD repairs will be completed, rigging fitted stores laid apart by the end of April. The other ships mentioned here have their rigging, furniture and stores fitted and laid apart, except the cables allotted to each ship by your warrant of 21 December, which we daily expect from Chatham.
